📝 How to Return

Start your return: Log into your account and go to Order Status to find the item you want to return.
Print your label: Select the item(s) and print your prepaid return shipping label.
Pack & ship: Place the item in its original packaging (if possible), attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Get refunded: Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Have your order number and email address ready.

• Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

• Personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

• Gift cards and downloadable content are non-refundable.

• Dolls that have been played with or washed are not eligible for return.
